Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 10 years leading large-scale infrastructure and operations functions in a complex, geographically dispersed enterprise environment.
  • Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing global teams, managing significant operating and capital budgets, directing strategic suppliers, and delivering complex multi-year transformation and resilience programs.
  • Experience building succession depth and producing results through a large, geographically dispersed organization.
  • Advanced strategic planning, decision-making, and execution skills, including translating enterprise objectives into multi-year technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Accountability for global, business-critical infrastructure and operations services in a complex hybrid technology environment.
  • Ability to lead enterprise transformation, operational resilience, and risk-reduction programs involving multiple technology domains, business stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Deep knowledge of data centers, networking, identity, hybrid cloud, automation, observability, service management, disaster recovery, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Business and financial acumen, including managing significant budgets, optimizing technology consumption, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and conducting complex vendor and sourcing negotiations.
  • Executive presence and influence, with the ability to communicate complex technology, operational, financial, and risk matters clearly to senior executives and stakeholders across global markets.
  • Ability to establish governance, performance measures, service-level objectives, and accountability mechanisms that improve reliability, cost effectiveness, delivery velocity, and customer outcomes.
  • Collaboration and relationship-management skills across Enterprise Architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, application delivery, procurement, risk, and business leadership.
  • Ability to apply emerging technologies and industry practices to improve resilience, customer service, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global Infrastructure & Operations strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and operating model in alignment with enterprise business, technology, security, and risk priorities.
  • Provide end-to-end leadership and accountability for data center, private cloud, public cloud, network, identity, and infrastructure operations services delivered through internal teams and strategic partners.
  • Ensure the resilience, availability, security, scalability, and cost effectiveness of global infrastructure services.
  • Establish service-level objectives, operational performance measures, and executive reporting, and drive sustained improvement in service reliability and customer outcomes.
  • Lead infrastructure modernization and transformation across hybrid cloud and globally distributed environments.
  • Translate emerging technology and market capabilities into investment strategies that improve agility, automation, resilience, and business value.
  • Provide financial stewardship for a global technology portfolio through annual planning, forecasting, investment prioritization, vendor strategy, commercial negotiations, consumption management, and delivery of cost optimization commitments.
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing, geographically dispersed leadership team and organization.
  • Establish accountability, succession plans, workforce strategies, and an operating culture centered on ownership, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, the Global Security and Privacy Office, Global Technology Delivery Centers, application and engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to establish infrastructure standards, manage technology lifecycle and risk, and enable timely delivery of enterprise initiatives.
  • Provide executive leadership during major technology incidents and recovery events.
  • Ensure crisis management, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and remediation programs are tested, governed, and aligned with business expectations.
  • Govern complex, enterprise-scale programs and strategic initiatives against approved scope, schedule, financial commitments, risk tolerances, and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to the Chief Technology Officer and Global Technology leadership on infrastructure strategy, operational risk, investment priorities, sourcing decisions, and technology transformation.
