Netflix announced a new Sesame Street film on September 24, and that is only the beginning of a surprisingly packed slate for kids. There are two new shows from the Gabby's Dollhouse world, a crew of puppy pirates, more dinosaurs and new games, too. Netflix says it is developing a Sesame Street film with Sesame Workshop and Rideback. Elmo, Cookie Monster and Abby Cadabby are among the familiar faces the company mentions, though it has not announced a plot, cast or release date for the movie. It is a development announcement, so do not plan movie night just yet. The series deal also extends through Season 62. Season 57 Volume 4 arrives November 23; Volumes 5 and 6 are slated for 2027. Bad Dinosaurs has been renewed for Seasons 2 and 3, with eight episodes in each season. Premiere dates were not included in the announcement. The anime adaptation of Hirohiko Araki's seventh manga part launched on March 19 with a 47-minute special episode, introducing main competitors and the start of a peculiar horse race from San Diego to New York. Now, during the fall 2026 anime season, the 2nd and 3rd STAGE will continue as Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli face off against unusual rivals like Pocoloco, whose perception of reality is significantly altered.
