Requirements
- At least 6 months of prior relevant experience in general cleaning or customer-facing work.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the property as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor.
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service while exceeding guest expectations.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain quality and cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other required areas.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Maintain effective communication with all business contacts through customer service and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment.
