  • Resolve incidents and complaints responsibly, with quality service and timely responses.

  • Monitor customers’ current and overdue risk exposure and plan and carry out necessary recovery and risk-management actions.
  • Follow up appropriately on the PPG objectives and assigned activities, making necessary corrections and adjustments in coordination with the Office Manager.
  • Attend assigned meetings and actively share matters identified in customer-management work, including relevant characteristics and needs of customers in the assigned segment.
  • Control processes involving batch transactions to ensure they are completed, such as cancelling cards before settlement dates.
  • Update and properly file customer documents.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager in response to business needs.
  • Sell card-protection insurance, multiple insurance, and customer insurance withdrawals.
  • Carry out commercial actions and campaigns for customers in non-personalized segments and optional office customers who are not assigned to a portfolio.
  • Receive, count, verify, enter, and report remittances jointly with the Office Deputy Manager under dual control.
  • Participate in and carry out the office accounting reconciliation with the Deputy Manager.
  • Inform customers about, issue, cancel, and duplicate debit cards within delegated authority, with the customer physically present and consenting.
