- Gather and verify the documents required for each claim file.
- Analyze claim notifications and coverage, and open files in the information system.
- Investigate and financially evaluate claims, including commissioning an expert when appropriate, negotiating, analyzing reports, taking a position, applying conventions, and proposing settlements.
- Process claim payments within service commitments.
- Present and collect recovery claims.
- Support policyholders throughout claim handling and regularly inform them of file progress.
- Participate in client meetings and attend expert assessment appointments.
