About the job
- You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, insurance specialist, or comparable training, such as legal assistant or lawyer.
- You have initial experience in insurance claims handling.
- You are interested in structured, solution-oriented claims handling with customers and service providers in partner networks, including through new digital channels.
- You have assertiveness, good communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and a service- and customer-oriented approach.
- You work independently, proactively, and responsibly.
- You handle insurance claims through final resolution in property, motor vehicle, or liability insurance.
- You investigate all facts relevant to the claim, including the cause, plausibility, scope, and amount of the loss.
- You make independent decisions within your authority and coordinate all steps for claim resolution, including arranging services through partner networks.
- You negotiate with customers, adjusters, and experts to find case-specific solutions.
- You identify fraudulent claims and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
- You contribute to high customer satisfaction through expertise and empathy.
