Location: Massillon, OH (onsite)
Type: Full time · 1st shift, Monday to Friday
A plastics materials plant in Massillon is hiring entry-level production workers for first shift. You don't need manufacturing experience: the plant trains you on the job. What matters most is showing up every day.
What you'll do
Help with packaging, labeling, material staging and line support
Prepare work areas and move materials for the production team
Learn the process, safety rules and quality standards through hands-on training
Wear the required PPE for the whole shift
Keep your area clean and complete basic paperwork
Follow safety, ISO and EHS rules and take part in training and improvement work
What you bring
No prior manufacturing experience required
Able to stand and move for a full shift and lift 55 lbs regularly
Dependable attendance
Comfortable around dust, chemicals and PPE
Reliable transportation for 1st shift, Monday to Friday
High school diploma or GED
Nice to have: Basic computer skills.
