About the company

I provide an AI-powered ERP platform for mid-sized companies to manage finance and accounting. It is a cloud-based SaaS that automates reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and multi-entity accounting, with real-time dashboards and anomaly detection, and it can migrate data in 24 hours without external consultants. It differs from traditional ERPs by offering rapid deployment and multi-entity support for firms that have outgrown lightweight tools, avoiding slow, heavy legacy systems. What believers are saying

  • October 2025 funding raised $90M from Lightspeed, Khosla, and GV, funding aggressive expansion.
  • Expensify launched a DualEntry integration in 2026, signaling ecosystem validation and shared customers.
  • DualEntry’s June-August 2026 releases added Copilot, Bank Connections API, and migration improvements.

What critics are saying

  • NetSuite, Sage, and QuickBooks already own migrations; August 2026 release notes name them.
  • Finance systems demand perfect accuracy; a single mapping error creates restatements and churn.
  • Trust Center claims SOC 1/2, but any security incident destroys CFO confidence fast.

What makes DualEntry unique

  • DualEntry sells AI-native ERP migrations in 24 hours, versus months-long NetSuite implementations.
  • It supports 13,000+ native integrations and $100B processed, per DualEntry’s 2026 materials.
  • Its embedded copilot, bank-match, and multi-entity tools automate close workflows end-to-end.

DualEntry and Deel Partner on Global HR and Finance.

DualEntry and Deel Partner on Global HR and Finance. NEW YORK, Oct 14 - DualEntry, the AI-native ERP for modern finance teams, has partnered with Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, to help companies better connect their workforce and financial operations as they expand internationally. The partnership brings together two platforms built for companies operating across borders. Deel manages global payroll, HR, and compliance, while DualEntry handles the accounting and reporting that comes with operating across multiple entities and currencies. Through the native integration, companies can map Deel legal entities to the corresponding companies in DualEntry and payroll items to the appropriate GL accounts. Payments made through Deel can then post into DualEntry as journal entries, with the accounting treatment determined by the type of worker being paid. The integration supports independent contractors, employees managed through Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) arrangements, and employees paid through Deel Payroll. For companies expanding into new markets, the integration gives HR and finance teams a more coordinated way to work together, reducing the need to manually re-enter payroll information in the ERP as the workforce grows.

DualEntry Launches Tasks, Bringing AI Agents Into Everyday Finance Work

The Associated Press Oct 13, 2026, 8:07 AM DualEntry launches tasks, bringing AI agents into everyday finance work. NEW YORK-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Oct 13, 2026- DualEntry, the AI-native ERP for modern finance teams, has launched Tasks, a new workspace that brings accounting work, approvals, exceptions, and AI agents into one place. Instead of finance teams moving between different parts of the ERP to figure out what needs attention, Tasks surfaces the work as it happens. Agents, exceptions, alerts, and notifications can automatically create tasks, giving teams a live view of what needs action. Teams can also use agents for recurring work such as chasing overdue invoices, preparing finance updates, coding transactions, and coordinating approvals, with an audit trail of what was done. "If an agent has enough context to do the work itself, it can handle that in the background, tee up the result, and bring you in when judgment or approval is actually needed," said Santiago Nestares, co-founder of DualEntry. "The payoff is a close that keeps moving throughout the month, with less chasing, less clicking around, and more of the work already done by month-end." Because Tasks is built directly into the ERP, it reduces the need for separate close trackers and manually maintained checklists. As work is completed, the task board updates with it, so teams can see what's been resolved without maintaining a second record elsewhere. The launch is another step in DualEntry's move from AI-native ERP toward an agentic ERP - software that does more than surface information or answer questions, but can increasingly take on finance work directly while keeping accountants in control. DualEntry Tasks is available now to DualEntry customers. Learn more about DualEntry Tasks: https://www.dualentry.com/blog/tasks. About DualEntry DualEntry is an AI-native ERP built for modern finance teams. The platform brings accounting, reporting, multi-entity operations, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, close management, and AI-powered workflows into one system. DualEntry launches Tasks, putting AI agents and approvals in one finance workspace

DualEntry, an AI-native ERP for finance teams, has launched Tasks, a workspace that puts accounting work, approvals, exceptions, and AI agents in one place. The New York company announced the product on October 13, 2026. Agents, exceptions, alerts, and notifications can create tasks automatically, giving teams a live view of what needs action. Agents can also handle recurring work such as chasing overdue invoices, coding transactions, preparing finance updates, and coordinating approvals, with an audit trail. "If an agent has enough context to do the work itself, it can handle that in the background, tee up the result, and bring you in when judgment or approval is actually needed," said co-founder Santiago Nestares. Payhawk transforms how finance teams work with new agentic Playbooks. The Fall '26 Edition further enhances Payhawk's AI Office of the CFO and introduces Playbooks: ready-made procedures that handle recurring finance tasks inside Claude and ChatGPT, reducing manual work for finance teams. Customers can also access all Payhawk data from their preferred AI platform using an MCP, and use the new Implementation Agent to go live in just a few hours. September 15, 2026 03:58 ET | Source: Payhawk LONDON, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Payhawk, the AI-native spend management platform, today released its Fall '26 Edition, Prompt your finance, which enables finance teams to run their recurring work through Claude, ChatGPT or whichever AI assistant they already use. The edition also adds an Implementation Agent to Payhawk's AI Office of the CFO suite that configures Payhawk for new customers in hours, while continuing to enhance controls and processes for maximum efficiency and savings after go-live. "The Implementation Agent acts as your private financial consultant, and early customers have gone live in under an hour. We're starting with onboarding and..." Playbooks work inside the AI assistants finance teams already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and act on live Payhawk data through the Payhawk MCP, a secure connection that applies each user's permissions. The Playbooks are ready-made procedures that execute a finance job from start to finish. Each one covers a specific job for a specific role and knows what to check, what to ignore, and what a good result looks like. The library spans tasks such as closing the books, chasing receipts, controlling budgets, calculating cash on hand across entities, cleaning up suppliers, preparing for an audit, and getting ready for a supplier renewal. Teams can add their own. "The enhancements between Payhawk and Claude proved to be highly effective in our operational setup. It saves significant time, provides dynamic reporting, and simplifies data access. The AI-driven capabilities have become an important part of our day to day productivity," said Daniel Raffl, Cost Manager at TechnoAlpin. "Speaking to hundreds of CFOs this year, I realised that while enterprise software companies are racing to deliver MCP integrations focused on reading and reporting data, they are missing the real opportunity: building AI that acts, not just reads. Finance teams need more than another reporting layer. They expect AI to do real work for them by running end to end processes. That is why we took things to the extreme and built Payhawk to act and perform common tasks every finance team executes each month, saving them time and money," said Hristo Borisov, Co-founder & CEO of Payhawk. As part of this release, Payhawk is also introducing its new Implementation Agent, which helps finance teams implement the system in hours rather than days. The agent establishes a new benchmark for SaaS implementation by connecting customers' preferred ERP and HR systems, importing their data, and configuring workflows, policies, and processes to meet their specific needs. It also leverages insights shared with Payhawk's pre-sales team to understand each customer's objectives from day one. The Implementation Agent will support all major Payhawk integrations, including Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Xero, DATEV, and QuickBooks, as well as recently announced integrations with SAP, Pennylane, Rillet, Campfire, and DualEntry. "The Implementation Agent acts as your private financial consultant, and early customers have gone live in under an hour. We're starting with onboarding and implementation, but the longer-term opportunity is continuous improvement. By learning from how customers use the system, the agent will optimise their setup over time and proactively recommend changes that make finance operations even more efficient," said Martin Reindl, General Manager & SVP Customer Success at Payhawk. The Fall '26 Edition is now live for Payhawk customers. Playbooks are available through the Payhawk MCP and in the Payhawk portal. Payhawk will demonstrate the edition in a live webinar on 29 September. Details and registration: https://payhawk.com/editions/fall-2026.
