  • Problem-solve technical hurdles facing largest strategic accounts
  • Configure demo instances and automate integration requests for enterprise customers
  • Drive improvements around data quality, reliability, and demo instances
  • Develop and deploy new integrations for customers
  • Drive Product, Design, and Engineering roadmap
  • Ensure superb customer experience from first interaction through closing to onboarding and activation
  • Build and own a platform to allow product customization for Enterprise customers
