360care brings on-site vision, dental, podiatry, and audiology services to nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and short-term rehabilitation centers. Specialists visit facilities to provide eye exams, dental care, foot care, and hearing services directly where residents live, coordinating care through the facility’s workflow. By concentrating multiple related services with trained geriatrics-focused staff, it simplifies care delivery and reduces the need for external referrals. The goal is to improve access to comprehensive, high-quality eye, dental, foot, and hearing care for residents, enhancing their health, comfort, and quality of life.
