Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions supporting enterprise financial and acquisition systems.
Develop, enhance, and support reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau, Business Objects, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Support enterprise data warehouse operations, extract-transform-load (ETL) processes, and data integration activities using IBM DataStage or comparable technologies.
Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable software solutions.
Troubleshoot application, interface, database, and data quality issues to ensure reliable system performance.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
Provide responsive on-site technical support to government users and senior leadership.
Support financial system interfaces and transaction processing to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.
Participate in software releases by supporting integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with government stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Position Description:
Working within a collaborative government and contractor team, the successful candidate will support an enterprise data warehouse environment by developing business intelligence solutions, optimizing data processes, supporting complex data analytics and reporting, and delivering responsive customer support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with outstanding analytical, communication, and customer service skills. Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following programming languages and technologies (or similar equivalent) is a must: Tableau, IBM DataStage ETL, PL/SQL, or Business Objects.
