About the job
- At least 7 years of consulting, technical leadership, and development experience on large-scale enterprise software implementations.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing large packaged CRM applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Siebel.
- At least 3 years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, or Salesforce.com in a medium- to large-scale environment of 100 or more users.
- At least 2 years of experience with .NET in a Software Development Kit environment.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 2015 or higher.
- Experience with JScript.
- Experience with CRM data migration and integration.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply CRM technology proficiency and understanding of business processes to product functionality.
- Implement, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Configure applications to meet business requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, and third-party tools.
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without developing custom code.
- Understand out-of-the-box functional capabilities and limitations, as well as custom code capabilities and limitations.
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications.
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
- Financial Services or Banking domain knowledge in Customer Management or CRM.
