Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance policies.
Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication, customer support, and policy reviews.
Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth.
Stay informed about insurance products, services, and applicable compliance requirements.
Use customer relationship management tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals.
Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions.
Desired Qualifications
One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred.
A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred, or willingness to obtain the required license.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
