  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS industry, at least 3 years in AI products
  • Experience with learning management or edtech products
  • P&L ownership experience for SaaS B2B products
  • Degree or Diploma in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
  • Grow the market share for D2L products by driving the rethink of how AI can benefit Higher Ed, K12 and Corporate customers
  • Direct the AI product strategy and roadmap definition
  • Articulate and cascade the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Build market awareness and excitement of D2L’s AI work
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute GTM plans
  • Collaborate with other AI product managers, engineering and design to launch innovative products
  • Advise and seek input from key stakeholders across all phases of the product life cycle
  • Collaborate with D2L Services to define services offerings
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with industry leading vendors
  • Define, monitor, measure, analyze and report regularly on key business and customer metrics
