  • Proven ability to sell and deliver consulting engagements, ideally in CRM, Martech, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong experience leading Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
  • Confidence in executive-level client engagement, from shaping proposals to guiding delivery teams.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale a practice.
Responsibilities
  • Commercial Growth – Own and grow the CRM consulting pipeline in North America by scoping, selling, and securing new client engagements.
  • Client Leadership – Serve as senior point of contact for priority clients, balancing strategic advisory with hands-on delivery oversight.
  • Project Oversight – Lead discovery, implementation, and optimization projects across Salesforce and Dynamics, ensuring measurable value, timely delivery, and long-term adoption.
  • Team Building – Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CRM consultants and analysts in the region.
  • Proposition Development – Adapt and localize our global CRM consulting offer for the North American market, shaping go-to-market strategy and delivery approach.
  • Partner Engagement – Strengthen partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft, and Kore to unlock joint business development opportunities.
