Responsibilities
  • Own, drive, and lead the renewals lifecycle end-to-end
  • Engage key stakeholders in identifying contract requirements
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, billing, legal, and financial questions
  • Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and navigate procurement
  • Identify and create upsell opportunities
  • Help develop and optimize the renewals program
