Information Systems Advisor
About the job
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in information systems or information systems management.
- Knowledge of information systems management frameworks, including ITIL and COBIT.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes.
- Proficiency with modeling tools such as ArchiMate and BPMN.
- Understanding of information systems integration and governance challenges.
- Ability to align information systems with business needs.
- Excellent French communication and writing skills.
- Analyze existing information systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Advise teams on information systems management best practices.
- Participate in the design and integration of new information systems solutions.
- Evaluate the impact of organizational changes on information systems.
- Document architectures, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure solution consistency.
- Train users on new system features.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- ITIL v4 and COBIT 2019 certifications are an asset.
