High proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture and engineering, with a primary focus on data center design.

Ability to prepare and present using Microsoft Office packages.
Computer literacy in AutoCAD and Revit/Navisworks.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Large-scale project experience, typically projects valued at 100 million per project, delivering Design & Build and Design/Bid/Build project types.
A good track record in the data center or mission-critical sector, typically with 5–10 years of experience.
Direct design and/or commissioning experience, typically with 5–10 years of experience.
Excellent understanding of advanced electrical, mechanical, security/monitoring, and fire detection/suppression systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
General knowledge of design and construction terms, principles, and contracts.
Familiarity with basic building code requirements.
Bachelor's degree and experience in engineering, project/technical program management, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English.

Ability to lead teams of engineers in advanced engineering and construction processes and procedures as they relate to large datacenter environments
