Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required in public health, public administration, health care administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing projects and new initiatives within the Center for Healing's program portfolio, from inception through successful completion.
  • Ensure grant deliverables are met according to funder contracts.
  • Work with stakeholders and community partners to enhance collaborative delivery of services and facilitate education, mentoring, collaboration, and networking.
  • Work with data analysts to develop data collection processes and ensure timely and accurate report submissions to funding agencies.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate trainings related to grant-funded programs.
  • Track grant-related expenditures and monitor the use of grant funds against the approved project budget.
  • Identify and source potential grant revenue opportunities that match the goals of the Center for Healing.
  • Prepare grant applications and proposals for submission to government, foundation, and corporate entities.
  • Manage special projects, including the development of new projects.
  • Lead project work and potentially supervise staff working on specific grants within the portfolio.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree is preferred in public health, public administration, health care administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in health and housing initiatives, overdose prevention, toxicosurveillance, low-barrier treatment for unhoused individuals, low-barrier Hepatitis C treatment, HIV prevention, or complex pain is preferred.
