Responsibilities
Provide general support to construction technicians and installers as needed.
Install and lay out conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders.
Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
Analyze blueprints for job-site knowledge.
Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training needs.
Complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
Have the opportunity to lead small crews of 2–5 electricians.
Enforce a safe jobsite and maintain compliance with company safety, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standards.
Maintain customer relations through effective problem-solving techniques.
Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance using knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
Desired Qualifications
At least 4 years of electrical experience is preferred.
