Requirements
- Education at Bac +2 to Bac +5 level.
- Knowledge of aircraft structures.
- Ability to read assembly and/or design drawings.
- Knowledge of replacement and interchangeability.
- Knowledge of technical synthesis and reporting.
- Knowledge of data compilation using macros and Excel.
- Knowledge of scheduled maintenance, aircraft Service Bulletins, and certification.
- General knowledge of aircraft.
- Ability to communicate and interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize subjects and write clear, precise, standardized responses.
- Good level of English.
- All experience levels are accepted.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage aircraft structural modification projects, including feasibility studies, compilation and synthesis of airworthiness issues, and coordination of technical responses to operators.
- Conduct aircraft modification feasibility and/or relevance studies.
- Organize test points and, when required, attend aircraft final assembly line activities to validate specific technical points.
- Compile recurring in-service events affecting airworthiness into reporting files to provide a clear view of the situation and possible solutions.
- Synthesize and explain in-service event topics during dedicated reviews and recommend solutions.
- Analyze and compile recurring operator-reported damage into reporting files.
- Present synthesized findings during weekly reviews and propose or carry out necessary corrective actions.
- Evaluate the impact of in-service events on fleet airworthiness.
- Coordinate responses to operators.
Desired Qualifications
- A first experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul, aircraft engineering within an airline or continuing airworthiness management organization, or customer support would be an advantage.
