- Good understanding of SharePoint 2013, including out-of-the-box functionalities.
- Good understanding of the record center in SharePoint 2013.
- Good understanding of clients' accounts, client databases, and business projects.
- Gather business and functional requirements by interacting with business and product owners.
- Develop requirements documents, including goal models, functional models, business processes, customer interactions, wireframes, epics, and user stories.
- Analyze applications before and after production.
- Participate in process studies and pre-sales responses to requests for information, requests for proposals, and proposals.
- Lead business and technical analysis sessions for new development efforts addressing current and projected business needs.
- Understand the business issues and data challenges of the client's organization and industry.
- Provide expertise on system capabilities and limitations in relation to business goals.
- Play the product owner role when needed.
- Prepare impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost and benefit of proposed projects.
- Align stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functions, and strategy.
- Prepare use cases and formal requirements documentation.
- Drive the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion.
- Provide analysis and support to project management, application development, and quality assurance teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between the technology department and other business units.
- Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
- Analyze the customer database and assign customers to the appropriate salespeople.
