Requirements
  • FSA with 6+ years of related experience in actuarial pricing and product development.
  • Direct experience with Pension Risk Transfer products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong management, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and business partnering abilities.
  • Proven leadership with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and mobilize initiatives in ambiguous situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of actuarial students and pricing analysts through the transaction process.
  • Develop pricing and product solutions, and recommend assumptions for PRT pricing.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to create strategic bidding strategies.
  • Manage PRT pricing schedules and ensure smooth operations, with the ability to predict scenarios and mitigate risks.
  • Present and defend pricing results to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor profitability and business performance for future pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
