About the Company

Esperanza Health Centers

Bilingual primary and specialty care provider

Esperanza Health Centers operates four primary care clinics on Chicago's Southwest Side, providing bilingual, culturally appropriate primary and specialty care along with behavioral health and wellness services. Patients receive integrated care across primary, specialty, and behavioral health, with services offered in multiple languages to meet community needs. Its Federally Qualified Health Center status and focus on health equity, plus open access regardless of immigration status, insurance, or ability to pay, differentiates it from many clinics.
