Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Supplier Management and Cyber, Technology, or Risk and Controls.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to third party management.
  • Proven in-depth experience in transforming and managing both third-party performance and risk Management.

Responsibilities
  • Recommend and implement a major transformation effort in the areas of third-party supplier relationship and risk management, with a particular focus on enhanced governance and operating model between SSG and Broadridge’s businesses and key suppliers, skills upgrading, process efficiencies, and enhanced technology and infrastructure leverage – in line with best practices.
  • Build strong partnership with key stakeholders to influence and strategically promote and manage Vendor Performance Management’s and TPRM’s process.
  • Lead and own the day-to-day activities and socialization of new happenings within the team.
  • Manage and lead pipeline of projects, as well as complex supply management projects.
  • Establish, promote, and ensure enterprise-wide adherence to standardized and consistent processes and methodologies to managing third party supplier relationships.
  • Administer the monitoring and reporting of vendor metrics, and ensure adherence to internal policy and external regulatory requirements.
  • Lead analysis of data and industry trends to identify business and risk improvement opportunities that coincide with the business.
  • Gather stakeholder and subject-matter business requirements to ensure vendor development and risk management strategies/solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices around data analysis of supplier performance, tiering, and risk profiles across major areas.
  • Create and review implementation and transition plans that support change management initiatives around supplier development and risk mitigation.
  • Lead large projects with support from the team, and independently serve as an intermediary between stakeholder and subject matter experts for high-risk vendors and other escalation issues.
  • Drive and lead remediation activities and document actions taken.
