Responsibilities
Maintain supplier point-of-sale and merchandising inventory by managing inventory status and organizing merchandise.
Install and build displays by coordinating display timing and locations with customers and sales management.
Stock shelves and displays to maximize product pull-through where legally permissible.
Execute cold-box, shelf, and back-bar resets by coordinating timing and plan specifics with customers and sales management.
Process orders to the draft department where applicable by communicating and filing paperwork required by the account.
Manage administrative functions related to point-of-sale materials, including requests, pickups, and deliveries, by filing necessary paperwork.
Maintain a pitch book by photographing display, shelf, back-bar, window-display, lobby-display, and cold-box work.
Participate in general sales meetings and one-on-one meetings with the direct supervisor by preparing recaps and understanding company priorities.
Assist with meetings and events by identifying merchandising requirements, pulling point-of-sale materials, and installing merchandising materials.
Complete required training programs by attending, participating, and passing required tests.
Maintain professional and industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
Maintains supplier POS and merchandising inventory by managing inventory status and organizing merchandise.
