Requirements

Experience in product ownership or as a Product Owner, with the ability to translate business intent into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO) and define explicit Acceptance Criteria.
Proficiency in coordinating with internal Product Owner and leadership teams to set and measure targets related to call reduction, average handle time, and deflection.
Familiarity with running sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and demos in an AI-infused agile environment with 1–2 week sprints.
Ability to operate as a Vibe Product Owner, leveraging AI tooling for requirements drafting, story generation, and acceptance criteria authoring.
Experience coordinating with transformation advisors on ways-of-working alignment.
Demonstrated ability to own and manage an AI use-case backlog, prioritizing items from pilot backlogs and new scale-out initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the AI use-case backlog for the pod, starting with the servicing agent-assist scale-out and prioritizing additional items from the backlog of AI pilots.
Partner with internal Product Owner and PSL leadership team to define call reduction, AHT (average handle time), and deflection targets — citing the early benchmark of 90 seconds to 14 seconds agent lookup time and signaling this is where ROI must be proven.
Translate business intent into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO), the SOW-mandated system of record, with explicit Acceptance Criteria.
Run sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and demos in line with Photon's AI-infused agile cadence (1–2 week sprints, working toward 2-day sprints as the team matures).
Coordinate with the transformation advisor on ways-of-working alignment.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 60,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 210,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
