About the job

Requirements
  • Have 4–8 years of experience running paid search, with deep Google Ads experience for B2B SaaS or AI, and be accountable for pipeline.
  • Have personally managed meaningful Google Ads budgets directly in the platform, owning spend and outcomes rather than operating through an agency.
  • Be fluent in attribution, including GA4, pixel implementation, enhanced and offline conversions, and server-side event optimization.
  • Understand the full conversion path from ad to landing page to signup to payment.
  • Have a documented experimentation practice and be able to show prior testing cadence and results.
  • Use Claude and similar AI tools as a core part of the daily workflow.
Responsibilities
  • Own Google Ads end-to-end, including search campaign structure, keyword strategy, match-type discipline, negative keyword hygiene, Performance Max asset groups, and YouTube where it earns budget.
  • Run landing-page and conversion-path experiments alongside advertising work, including Quality Score and post-click conversion improvement.
  • Set a weekly experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses, documented results, and compounding learnings.
  • Own measurement and attribution, including enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports, and conversion modeling.
  • Build the keyword, audience, and asset library and develop the Google Ads playbook.
  • Report weekly on spend, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build a culture of excellence across the team's paid acquisition work.
  • Work with the owners of landing pages and the signup path on experiments that improve conversion.
  • Audit the account, remove ineffective match types, clean up conversion tracking, and ship initial experiments.
  • Scale Google into a predictable channel with a documented playbook and hiring rubric for the next role.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have scaled paid search from zero at a Series A or B B2B SaaS company.
  • Have worked on AI or product-led growth products.
  • Have owned landing-page experimentation alongside an advertising account.
  • Have experience developing people, including helping a 1–2 year operator improve their capabilities.

About the company

Viktor builds an AI coworker inside Slack and Microsoft Teams that handles operational and growth work across a company’s software stack. It connects to thousands of tools—CRM, ads, analytics, billing, project management and more—to keep organizational context and deliver finished outputs like PDFs, spreadsheets, dashboards, deployed apps, code, and automations, not just chat. It stands out by delivering concrete work products within familiar collaboration channels and focusing on end-to-end artifacts across the stack, not just responses. The goal is to become the standard AI coworker for organizations, embedding AI-assisted operations and growth work into everyday collaboration to streamline workflows and speed up decision-making.

AI startup Viktor raises $75M to embed virtual 'coworker' in Slack and Teams

Viktor, an AI startup co-founded by former Meta engineers Fryderyk Wiatrowski and Peter Albert, has raised $75 million in a Series A round led by Accel Partners. The funding included participation from Bek Ventures, Kaya VC and Tenacity Capital, plus angel investors including Slack co-founders Stewart Butterfield and Cal Henderson. The company has developed an AI agent that operates as a virtual coworker within Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting to business systems like Google Drive, Meta Ads and Shopify. Viktor can execute tasks, build internal apps and suggest workflow improvements. Three months after launching publicly in February, the startup reports $15 million in annualised revenue and over 2,000 organisations using its product. The company offers a free tier alongside credit-based subscriptions, with some teams spending more on Viktor than on junior employees.
