About the company

Contract Lumber, Inc. acts as a wholesale lumber supplier and construction partner that provides turnkey framing and exterior trim packages for residential and commercial projects. It offers material supply, estimating, engineering, and post-construction service, while taking ownership of the entire framing process to guarantee both materials and labor. Its products include lumber, roof trusses, prefabricated wall panels, architectural doors and windows, frames, hardware, and custom millwork, produced through its own component plants and delivered via a dedicated installation fleet. The company differentiates itself by integrating sourcing, manufacturing, and on-site installation to manage scheduling, reduce client risk, and maintain quality control, using the same materials in its own installation projects. Its goal is to be a reliable, one-stop turnkey partner for builders across multiple states by delivering coordinated material supply and framing services with consistent quality.
