Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with legal and billing database tools.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executives on systems to prioritize executive time and travel.
  • Schedule and calendar meetings, and communicate with executives to direct inquiries to the appropriate parties within the team.
  • Make extensive domestic and international travel arrangements and manage unexpected changes.
  • Prepare expense reports and maintain accurate and timely expense account records.
  • Assist with developing the annual budget forecast and track department expenditures against the annual budget.
  • Assist with special projects, including research, creating PowerPoint presentations and other materials, developing infographics with team members, and supporting new practice tools and innovation initiatives.
  • Coordinate intradepartmental meetings, sessions, and events by supporting offsite and team meeting planning, conference and meeting facilities, audiovisual setup, catering, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Handle general department and facilities operations, including office and kitchen supplies.
  • Perform other related duties in support of the department as requested by management.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and experience working with highly confidential information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
