- Coordinate and monitor all back-of-house processes, ensuring efficient goods receipt, inventory management, and optimal product availability on the sales floor.
- Ensure compliance with stockroom, safety, and company standards, and take responsibility for loss-prevention measures.
- Delegate tasks, support employee training, and promote efficient team workflows.
- Monitor price changes, promotions, and product movements and ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Ensure efficient and accurate till operations and professional cash management.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer concerns, and actively support sales through product advice and cross-selling.
- Work closely with sales, visual merchandising, and stockroom teams to ensure smooth store operations.
- Support store opening and closing and take on additional operational leadership duties as needed.
