Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce Pages.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic and responsive user experiences.
• Implement Flows, Process Builders, and Declarative Automations for business logic.

2. Integration & API Development

• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Work with MuleSoft, middleware tools, and third-party connectors for seamless data exchange.
• Implement OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and External Identity Integrations.

3. Performance Optimization & Debugging

• Optimize SOQL queries, Apex code, and LWC performance for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, security, and integrations.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across Salesforce and integrated applications.

4. Collaboration & Agile Development

• Work closely with offshore and onsite teams, including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Document technical solutions and provide support for deployment and training.

5. DevOps & Deployment

• Work with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for deployments.
• Ensure smooth sandbox-to-production migration and release management.
• Automate unit testing and regression testing using Salesforce DX.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Triggers.
✅ Expertise in REST/SOAP API development, integrations, and third-party connectors.
✅ Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, OAuth, and SSO.
✅ Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
✅ Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins).
✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best coding practices.
✅ Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect) preferred.
