  • Experience setting paid media strategy and managing budgets for several clients at once.
  • Current, hands-on skill in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager, at least one demand-side platform such as The Trade Desk or DV360, and Google Analytics 4, including building, launching, and troubleshooting campaigns independently.
  • Experience planning or buying traditional media, such as television, radio, out-of-home, or print.
  • Experience working with SEO, content, creative, and social teams toward shared client goals; formal integrated or communications planning experience is required.
  • Experience building full-funnel plans and splitting budgets between brand and performance goals.
  • Experience planning for clients with multiple brands or regions.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others and readiness to manage people.
  • Ability to present and defend recommendations to senior clients, in writing and in person.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and research tools such as GWI or MRI-Simmons.
  • Must pass background and reference checks and provide documentation of legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work full-time, primarily during core business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Nevada-based applicants are preferred; applicants in California, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon may also be considered if available to travel when needed.
  • Most leadership, sales, account manager, and project manager roles must qualify to drive on behalf of Noble Studios, requiring a valid state driver's license, at least 2 years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and auto insurance coverage of at least $100,000/$30,000 bodily injury and $100,000 property damage.
Responsibilities
  • Connect paid strategy across digital and traditional media with SEO/AEO strategy, content, creative, social, and public relations so channels share audiences, messages, and goals.
  • Contribute to briefs alongside Client Experience and Strategy, then guide Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Content, and Analytics in building an integrated recommendation.
  • Recommend how clients should split budgets between paid media and other channels, and across brands or regions for clients with more than one.
  • Keep media flowcharts and integrated calendars current as plans change and ensure channel teams' execution aligns with the approved plan.
  • Lead planning for major campaigns, seasonal pushes, and launches involving several digital and traditional channels.
  • Support Client Experience and Deals teams with paid and integrated plans for pitches to current and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain planning templates, briefing documents, flowchart standards, and quality-assurance checklists.
  • Own paid media strategy on assigned accounts across search, social, programmatic, video, connected TV, audio, and traditional media, and set direction for the Performance Marketing team executing alongside the role.
  • Work with the creative team to align strategy, creative execution, and brand identity.
  • Build paid media plans from brief to recommendation, including objectives and key performance indicators, audience targeting, channel and partner mix, budget allocation, flighting, and forecasts.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns directly in ad platforms on assigned accounts.
  • Set paid budgets and forecast results by channel; work with Performance Marketing Managers on budget pacing and with the Associate Director of Paid Media on process and operational improvements.
  • Review paid performance with the team, determine when results require a strategic change rather than routine optimization, and make that change.
  • Track changes to ad platforms, privacy and tracking rules, and automated bidding and campaign types, and turn them into recommendations for clients and Noble.
  • Guide integrated teams through activation, clarifying roles, priorities, and hand-offs between disciplines.
  • Step in when cross-channel work stalls or teams disagree on direction, and make decisions that move the plan forward.
  • Coach planners, strategists, and paid media team members on research, plan building, and presenting; take on direct reports as the planning practice grows.
  • Once managing direct reports, conduct annual reviews and set goals and development plans.
  • Review and approve quarterly and annual paid and integrated plans for high-profile accounts against Noble's quality standards and clients' business goals.
  • Work with Analytics to set each plan's measurement approach, including key performance indicators by funnel stage and how each channel receives credit for results.
  • Build and present paid and cross-channel performance reports for high-profile clients, explaining results and recommended next steps.
  • Plan paid and cross-channel tests and recommend shifting budget between channels based on results.
  • Own the accuracy of plans and reports before they go to clients.
  • Identify when results show the overall plan needs to change and lead that conversation with the client.
Desired Qualifications
  • Travel, tourism, and hospitality experience.
  • Prior direct people-management experience.
