About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in business analysis, business integration, project coordination, operations, supply chain, or a related area.
- Experience supporting business transformation, integration, or change-management initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functional teams.
- Support business integration and change initiatives across commercial, logistics, supply chain, and operational functions.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve business processes.
- Document current- and future-state processes and support implementation of improvements.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations to track performance and integration progress.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive project execution.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, action items, and process materials.
- Support development of standard operating procedures, training materials, and other change-management documentation.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, mining, metals, chemicals, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of commercial operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes.
- Experience with process improvement and optimization.
- Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning system.
- Familiarity with project management and business process mapping.
