Responsibilities

Delegate responsibilities effectively, balancing independence and oversight for team members, and provide direction on client visualization.
Provide consistent, proactive updates to the Principal about project progress, potential issues, and solutions.
Take responsibility for resolving project challenges and ensure team members are recognized for their successes.
Listen to clients and visualize their desired outcomes.
Uphold company values, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all decisions and actions.
Train junior team members and ensure project-related decisions align with company standards.
Meet project goals; performance is evaluated by the Principal.
Desired Qualifications
NCIDQ certification is a plus.
Experience with BOMA is preferred.

Project Manager – Interior Design Corporate
Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) plays a key role in successfully executing design and construction projects. This position is responsible for setting project goals and objectives, coordinating with clients to establish clear expectations, and managing all phases of the project from start to finish. This includes establishing project budgets, timelines, and milestones, determining levels of innovation, and creating mechanisms to track and report on project progress. The PM delegates tasks, monitors project activities, and ensures project deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Additionally, the PM reports to the Principal, maintaining regular communication to update on project progress and any challenges, while fostering a collaborative environment. The role involves making decisions with integrity, sound judgment, and adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a passion for design and construction and a commitment to delivering projects with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (NCIDQ certification is a plus)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language.
Skills: Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, cost management, client relations, and control software (CAD, Revit, Excel, Word). Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and with a team. Experience with BOMA would be preferred.
