Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an enterprise setting and in specific industry verticals.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful scaled and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full funnel.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buying process and enterprise sales cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Tableau).
  • Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with a deep understanding of how to integrate event experiences into the buyer's journey.
  • Successful track record of collaborating with Sales teams, including joint planning, lead management, and earning trust as a strategic partner.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to synthesize and communicate business health with leadership.
  • Exhibits a strategic mindset with a strong analytical capability; comfortable with data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the regional industry marketing strategy and execution plan to fuel pipeline growth with the enterprise sales teams across the Americas
  • Collaborate with the industry GTM team to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that align with business goals for various industries.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, and direct outreach) that resonate with enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor marketing approaches for effective engagement at the ground level.
  • Work with Product Marketing and GTM leads to develop compelling marketing content (brochures, presentations, case studies, blogs) that effectively communicate our value proposition to enterprise industry stakeholders.
  • Organize and execute industry-specific events (both Stripe-led and 3P events & industry conferences) to showcase our solutions and foster relationships with net-new prospects
  • Own key business metrics and analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to refine future initiatives and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with product management, customer success, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified approach to the market.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
  • Leverage Stripe's marketing tech stack and analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize the field marketing engine
  • Serve as a marketing thought leader representing the Americas as we build Stripe's industry strategies.
