  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Skill in using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to lift ten pounds.
  • Ability to complete employment eligibility verification and provide required identity and work authorization documents.
Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of program operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students and support communication and alignment across program stakeholders.
  • Support outreach strategies, manage program materials, and coordinate engagement initiatives for marketing and recruitment efforts.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges and implement processes that enhance program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate outreach and programming efforts for the department.
  • Engage in programmatic, outreach, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with campus and community partners and the wider community.
  • Maintain program records.
  • Coordinate advertising and recruitment, participant registration, and event coordination support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professional correspondence.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professionalism.
  • Commitment to supporting student success, experiential learning, and the mission of the Schanwald Sports Management Program.
