Staff Software Engineer
About the job
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with the posting indicating a range of 5 to 10 years.
- A B.Tech degree.
- Eligibility under the stated disability criteria: locomotor disability, low vision up to 50%, or hard of hearing up to 50%.
- A mandatory UDID card.
- Familiarity and experience with natural language processing and large language models.
- Understanding and experience deploying and applying applied, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Experience designing and optimizing data structures in machine learning solutions and data management systems, including Hadoop, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to monitor and analyze production application logs.
- Ability to conduct reviews and follow process methodologies and documentation.
- Work with developers, business users, and project management across multiple teams.
- Serve as a technical lead through coding, code reviews, design reviews, and internal testing sign-off while building solutions.
- Act as the technical point of contact for technical issues and partner with the team to analyze, investigate, and resolve issues, vulnerabilities, and secure-coding matters.
- Contribute to design discussions and perform proofs of concept to support design decisions.
- Build and maintain machine-learning solutions and data pipelines that feed machine-learning models.
- Build custom software components and analytics applications.
- Design, develop, debug, document, test, and deploy applications.
- Collaborate with other developers on the team.
- Work with Business Operations, Product, Application Development, and other internal customer teams during application development and deployment.
- Provide technical expertise to support the team during incident and problem resolution.
