Manage and implement an internal communications strategy that aligns with Ibotta’s overall business strategy and external communications initiatives.
Develop and manage the content for the weekly employee newsletter.
Create and update internal materials to reflect the company’s brand and values.
Collaborate with HR to create and distribute company-wide internal communications regarding policies, benefits, and organizational changes, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
Foster employee engagement through creative, modern communication strategies and initiatives.
Organize and facilitate town halls to engage employees and share important updates.
Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Create and manage content across a variety of channels, including email, social media, intranets, and more, to inform and engage employees.

5-7 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and organizational levels to ensure consistent messaging
Proficiency in communication platforms such as Slack, Jira, Figma, Trello, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid understanding of SEO concepts and execution
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, a benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Base compensation range: $104, 000-$125,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
