Trim backing left on garments.
Remove loose threads and lint left by the embroidery machine.
Fold and organize finished garments.
Double- and triple-inspect completed embroidered items against the pick ticket and logo worksheet.
Check garments for stains, holes, or other imperfections.
Pack items into proper bins, verify that all items are included in the order, and ensure they are ready for shipment.
Communicate issues with the supervisor and other team members.
Transport completed orders to the Shipping Department or other Embellishments operations, such as Alterations and Heat Transfer, as indicated by the pick ticket.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Overview

As a Trimmer, you’ll put the finishing touches on our customized garments before they make their way to our customers. You’ll inspect completed embroidery, remove backing and loose threads, check garments for quality, and prepare finished orders for the next step in production or shipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in quality. No previous trimming or garment-production experience is required.
Second Shift: Monday through Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Working conditions are pleasant in a temperature controlled room. Expectations include standing for lengths of time, lifting bins that weigh approximately 20 lbs without assistance, and is considered to be physically active.
