Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in marketing such as Consumer/Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, Incentives Marketing, or similar
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Prior experience owning campaigns end-to-end, including upfront strategy and ideation through flawless execution.
  • Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Relationship Skills: Builds strong, productive relationships with cross-functional partners and works collaboratively to achieve common goals.
  • Action-Oriented: Demonstrates a bias for action and a “doer” mentality, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop incentive marketing campaigns (e.g. Incentives in paid media, seasonal/holiday campaigns, partnership-based incentives, etc.)
  • Maintain our annual incentives calendar
  • Document and maintain the team’s test and learn roadmap. Partner with Technical Program Manager counterpart to monitor timelines and ensure campaigns hit key dates.
  • Maintain a repository of campaign learnings, case studies, FAQs, and other relevant documentation
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Data Science to size incentive campaigns (e.g. expected spend, revenue, etc)
  • Collaborate with BD MS&P and Product Ops teams on selling and training materials, keeping them apprised of incentive marketing plans, dates, offers, etc.
  • Pull campaign reports in Mode, analyze data, and share performance insights (e.g. sales, coupon usage rate, etc) internally and with key partners
  • Pull budget actuals and monitor spend levels
  • Use internal tooling to set up and monitor a variety of incentive campaigns and promo codes that drive business impact (e.g. revenue, customer acquisition)
  • Light QA of campaigns when they go live. Troubleshoot and drive campaign issues to resolution in partnership with Engineering teams as-needed
  • Serve as one of the team’s subject matter expert on our in-house coupon tools and systems
