Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, ad exchanges, APIs, and data integrations
  • Strong quantitative skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap for programmatic advertising solutions
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising technologies, including DSPs, SSPs, programmatic auction integrations, Addressable Audience solutions, and audience targeting
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data science, sales, and adops teams to ensure smooth product development cycles
  • Develop expertise in AB testing frameworks and leverage data analytics to assess the revenue and user metric impact of any new product feature
  • Assist in product launches by developing detailed documentation of product features, providing training to internal teams, and supporting post-launch optimization and troubleshooting
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in the AdTech/programmatic space
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Exposure to DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, or similar platforms is highly desirable
  • This could also be an attractive role for someone with 3-5 years of experience in programmatic operations looking to transition into a more technical/product career path
