- Assist Fireplace Installers with the setup, installation, and finishing of fireplaces and related components.
- Prepare, load, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.
- Carry materials and assist with lifting and moving heavy objects up to 100 pounds with help.
- Support installation by following instructions for measuring, cutting, and assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Observe and learn diagnostic procedures and installation techniques from experienced installers.
- Provide general support during homeowner orientations as directed by the lead installer.
- Follow all Occupational Safety and Health Administration and company safety standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the installer or manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support installers and interact with customers when needed.
