Full Stack Software Engineer
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, although four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least 12 years of experience in software engineering.
- Extensive experience with full-stack development, particularly Java and Angular JavaScript.
- Experience working with non-relational databases.
- Experience soliciting and incorporating customer feedback into software development.
- Experience developing software in Linux environments.
- Experience with AI-assisted development.
- Experience leading software development teams and coordinating technical efforts.
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Lead a small development team focused on improving high-value operational workflows and delivering mission-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support analytic and operational workflows.
- Expand existing workflow automation efforts to improve efficiency and streamline mission processes.
- Develop and maintain backend analytics to support application functionality and mission requirements.
- Work with non-relational databases to support application development and data management.
- Collaborate with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Break down complex development efforts into actionable tasks, coordinate team responsibilities, and support iterative delivery through continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows.
