Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of People Operations experience, focusing on People Analytics and Compensation.
  • 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably with knowledge of Radford or Culpepper Compensation data and job matching.
  • Advanced Google Sheets analytical skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and a keen interest in data-driven problem-solving.
  • SQL experience is a plus for handling large datasets and enhancing data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with equity compensation and understanding its impact on total rewards is a plus.
  • Experience with HR software APIs and systems integrations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and master new tools; experience with Paylocity and Charthop is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity and refine analytics dashboards while monitoring People metrics to address challenges and enhance processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, design effective solutions, offer insights from metrics, and develop reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with managers and People Success Partners to job-match roles and ensure accurate alignment with compensation benchmarks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive strategy by developing data products that deliver actionable insights to inform and empower leaders.
  • Evaluate and analyze salary data and determine pay grades for new and existing jobs, including market pricing.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure fairness and competitiveness across the organization, identifying trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Model out costs during benefits open enrollment and provide insights on the financial impact of proposed changes.
  • Train employees and managers on the effective use of People Analytics and Compensation tools and resources.
  • Regularly review and analyze industry compensation trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in its total rewards offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations while developing, updating, and communicating compensation policies.
  • Collaborate on the setup and integration of HR software/ APIs to optimize data flow and reporting capabilities.
  • Additional projects and duties as assigned.
