- An Industrial Engineering degree.
- High proficiency in English and Spanish.
- A valid driving license and own car.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire life cycle of electrical projects, from conception and scope definition to commissioning, closure, and documentation.
- Prepare technical specifications, electrical plans, single-line diagrams using EPLAN, and other engineering documents required for projects.
- Perform electrical calculations, including loads, conductor sizing, and protections, to ensure the proper functioning and safety of installations.
- Design medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems, including selecting equipment such as transformers, switches, and protections.
- Design automation and control systems using PCC.
- Directly supervise electrical installation work carried out by external contractors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, deadlines, budget, and safety regulations.
- Test and commission electrical installations, verify their correct operation, and make necessary adjustments.
- Work with production, maintenance, quality, and safety departments to identify needs, define solutions, and integrate projects while considering food quality standards.
- Manage budgets and deadlines for electrical projects, control costs, and ensure completion within established limits.
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical regulations, including REBT and ATEX, internal company policies, and food safety standards including HACCP, BRC, and IFS.
- Participate in preparing and updating technical documentation for existing electrical installations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the energy efficiency and reliability of the plant's electrical systems while considering food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Provide technical support and resolve electrical faults for maintenance and production teams.
- Stay current with technologies and trends in industrial electrical engineering, safety standards, and food-sector quality standards.
