- Experience working with children in schools, camps, babysitting, volunteering, or another setting.
- Availability in the afternoon, around 2:30–5:30 PM, two to five days per week.
- Willingness to work short shifts, typically one to three hours per day.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to transport equipment to and from class.
- Ability to complete onboarding paperwork promptly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test required by partner schools.
- Strong communication skills, including promptly responding to administrator messages and clearly communicating class outcomes.
- Teach Tennis, Golf, and Pickleball classes to children ages 3–14.
- Deliver classes on school campuses during after-school hours.
- Engage children through playful, energetic, and age-appropriate instruction.
- Help children grow and stay active through sports and movement.
- Transport equipment to and from classes.
- Complete the provided curriculum and training for the sports taught.
- Experience with the sports being coached.
