About the job

Requirements
  • Four to seven years of building and optimizing paid B2B demand-generation programs in a sales-led funnel, with direct accountability for qualified pipeline rather than traffic alone.
  • Hands-on execution in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant local platforms, with strong search and retargeting fundamentals.
  • Experience configuring and quality-assuring forms, UTM parameters, pixels, tags, marketing-automation workflows, and campaign reporting using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Analytical rigor to diagnose channel performance, design valid tests, distinguish real signal from attribution noise, and make budget decisions based on downstream conversion.
  • Experience launching localized programs across multiple markets, balancing central standards with local language and cultural norms.
  • Fluency in Korean and business-level English, with the ability to communicate daily with the global team, especially in writing.
Responsibilities
  • Own qualified pipeline from paid digital channels by growing MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline quarter over quarter against market- and channel-level targets set with Sales and the B2B Marketing Lead.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Naver, and other relevant channels, shifting budget based on lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and payback.
  • Build a predictable Korea demand-generation playbook, document what works, and extend it to other markets, including Japan, Taiwan, greater APAC, LATAM, the United States, and EMEA.
  • Build full-funnel visibility from source to pipeline by campaign, content, market, stage, and channel, and maintain trustworthy data through attribution and quality assurance.
  • Drive an experimentation roadmap across audiences, accounts, and persona targeting to lower cost per lead and improve downstream conversion.
  • Partner with Content, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to turn case studies, webinars, research, whitepapers, and customer stories into high-performing paid and nurture programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, learning and development, or educational technology.
  • Account-based marketing and account-targeting experience.
  • Experience using HubSpot alongside an attribution or analytics platform such as HockeyStack, Mode, Hex, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with gated-content, webinar, case-study, and research-led demand generation.
