- At least 10 years of logistics management experience is required.
- At least 5 years of Army installation-level supply oversight experience is required.
- Experience in defense and security sector environments is required or strongly relevant to the engagement.
- Knowledge of policy analysis, performance metrics, logistics modernization, and audit readiness is required.
- Leadership, analytical rigor, and strategic planning capabilities are required.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is required.
- The ability to manage workload surge capacity planning is required.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools is required, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- The candidate must not require H-1B or TN visa sponsorship.
- Provide hazardous material operations and inventory control support for Army sustainment operations.
- Provide senior-level oversight of hazardous materials operations.
- Conduct performance analysis.
- Lead audits.
- Advise command on policy compliance.
- Implement corrective actions.
- Support disciplined hazardous material receipt, storage, tracking, and compliant sustainment logistics.
- Ensure hazardous material and waste compliance with federal, state, and Army regulations.
- Manage safety data sheet documentation.
- Conduct inspections.
- Prepare environmental reports.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Support Chemical Safety and Defense Program compliance and inspection programs.
- Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals across the firm's global competencies.
- Support business development and other efforts on behalf of the company.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of Army installation-level supply oversight experience is presented under desired qualifications.
