Requirements
  • Hold the Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant (DEAS).
  • Perform care rigorously and remain attentive to changes in patients' clinical condition and the quality of care handovers.
  • Work autonomously and in an organized manner.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Work night shifts in 7-hour schedules or in 12-hour schedules, according to the service organization.
Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients with hygiene, comfort, and well-being care.
  • Assist patients with mobilization, movement, and positioning.
  • Participate in preventing loss of autonomy.
  • Observe patients' general condition and communicate useful information to the nursing team.
  • Participate in monitoring patient parameters and ensuring continuity of care within the scope of competence.
  • Assist patients during meals and ensure their comfort.
  • Contribute to maintaining patient autonomy and to the patient's personalized care plan.
  • Participate in handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Follow the facility's hygiene and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement of patient care.
Desired Qualifications
  • A first experience in a healthcare facility, medicine, or soins médicaux et de réadaptation (SMR) is appreciated.
